Greenhouse Acceleration Programme

Sustainable Food Acceleration Programme

What is it for?

The Greenhouse is a 12-month, part-time accelerator run by the Bezos Centre for Sustainable Protein in partnership with Undaunted at Imperial College London. It is designed to support the most ambitious early-stage FoodTech startups to progress from lab-based innovation to commercial traction and investment readiness.

Who is it for?

The programme is aimed at founding teams tackling major challenges across the food system who want to validate their technology and business model, secure pilots, and be in a strong position to raise investment.

What do startups receive?

Startups receive up to £20k in equity-free grant funding, alongside expert coaching and mentorship, access to industry and investor networks, and use of world-class facilities, including advanced engineering biology and food laboratories. Teams also join a high-quality peer community, with the objective of raising at least £100k by the end of the programme.
